Liberians vote despite protests.

Opposition candidate Winston Tubman said he  pulled out of the presidential run-off due to claims of fraud leaving Mrs Ellen Johnson Sirleaf as the only candidate.Turn out for voting is said to have been very low. Though Mrs Ellen is assured of victory, her re-election will be tainted should turn out remain very low.

 UN troops and Liberia police are however maintaining stability in the country. vehicles moving into the city are checked whilst other troops and tanks are deployed to move through the cities and maintain order.
