Boko Haram destroy village

Dozens are feared dead after suspected Islamist militants raided a northern Nigerian village in defiance of intense security in the region.When Nigerian Officials were asked what the response of the army was, they claimed the region is too large and that the Islamist Militants are very mobile.There are reports that the army itself suffered at the hands of the Islamist militants just last week;loosing nine soldiers,ammunition and vehicles.Civilians are said to have fled to neighboring villages to take shelter and security.
Some Nigerian officials however said the attacks by the militants is as a result of the army destroying some of their camps close to the region.The number of the deceased is still unclear.
