Both Manchester clubs saw "day light" as Man. United beat Fulham 1-3 at Craven Cottage and Norwich go down 7-0 to Man. City at the Etihad.
After what is expected to be Man United's come back spirit 3-2 win over Stoke City, Moyes' boys chalked another win over Fulham making it a back to back win for the reds.
Elsewhere, Manuel Pellegrini could afford a smile after his side won heavily against Norwich. A 7-0 win puts City back into the title challenge.
