Stars play Sudan.

Journey to Brasil 2014.
In their quest to qualify for the Brasil 2014 World Cup, the Black Stars of Ghana will have to secure a win against the falcons of Sudan in order to jump to the first position on the group D table.

Head Coach Kwesi Appiah is predicting his victory over Sudan but admits the hosts will not be pushovers. Appiah's only defeat in the qualifiers came in the 0-1 defeat against the current group leaders Zambia at  Ndola last June. Sadly, midfielder Kwadwo Asamoah remains a doubt for the fixture.
However, morale at camp seems high as the recent Fifa ranking placed Ghana on the 21st position, one spot ahead of world favourites and World Cup host Brasil.
