Egyptians go to the polls.

Egyptians go to the polls for the first time after president Mubarak vacated the seat in February. In some areas, voting did not begin on time due to some technical problems.Officials have therefore extended voting hours into midnight local time.

Despite this bold decision,some protestors are still calling for  voting to be postponed.The leader of the military authority in Egypt says" the country is at a crossroad and that any decision could affect the nation positively and negatively"
